Ms. Daliah Taibah has a broad interest in Leadership, training and development, and Organizational Behavior. She is interested in taking a longitudinal focus on strategy formation and implementation and organization development.

Ms. Taibah is a Lecturer in Human Resources at University of Business and Technology. She is also a member in the Saudi Quality Council (Western Region) since 2004.

She holds a MSc in Human Organization and Capacity Building for Development from the University of Bradford  

She is also a certified trainer in Persuasive communication.

She is currently Studying PhD in Leadership at UTM Malaysia


Has earned numerous awards and appreciation certificates in quality from the Saudi Quality counsel and King Abdulaziz University Hospital in 2008, 2011, and 2013.
