Dr. Daliah Taibah has a broad interest in Leadership, training and development, and Organizational Behavior. She is interested in taking a longitudinal focus on strategy formation and implementation and organization development.

Dr. Taibah is a Lecturer in Human Resources at University of Business and Technology. She is also a member in the Saudi Quality Council (Western Region) since 2004.

She holds a PhD in Leadership at UTM Malaysia, MSc in Human Organization and Capacity Building for Development from the University of Bradford  

She is also a certified trainer in Persuasive communication.


Has earned numerous awards and appreciation certificates in quality from the Saudi Quality counsel and King Abdulaziz University Hospital in 2008, 2011, and 2013.
